Bright Braxton! Adopted
Braxton has come a long way since he joined LSWR in September. He was very thin when he came into foster care but with the care of our vet we discovered he had a condition called EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency). EPI is a disease of mal-digestion and mal-absorption, which when left untreated eventually leads to starvation. We are so very happy to report managing his treatment of supplementation with pancreatic enzymes, has been successfully treated and regulated!!! Braxton is all Westie and made of tough stuff weighing in now at 18 pounds and looks amazing!!!
He is thriving in his foster home and loves the company of the other Westies. Braxton will be the first to tell you he loves sharing a comfy recliner with his foster Dad. He is a very active 10 year old and quite vocal as well, he’s a talker! He loves to chase after the birds and squirrels and can smell them a mile away. He loves the great outdoors and knows how to use a doggie door. He is potty trained, vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. He sleeps in a crate at night and gets along great with pets & loves human companions. Braxton’s ideal home would be one with a doggie door and a fenced in backyard.
This little guy is sure to nudge his way into your heart and give you his heart forever. Braxton is a perfect Westie and he is ready for his new family, are you the one? Please visit lswr.us to complete an online application and inquire about Bright Braxton
