I’m an 8-year-old West Highland White Terrier with a heart full of love. I’ve had a good life- full of belly rubs, treats, and warm naps. My two humans were the best. They took amazing care of me, gave me cuddles, treats, and all the love a pup could ask for. But things changed. One of them passed away, and the other is now in a memory care facility. I miss them both every day.
Lately, I’ve been staying with some family members who truly care about me, but they work long hours and want what’s best for me. That’s why they reached out to LSWR to help me find a forever home where someone is around more often.
I’m a big fan of car rides and outdoor adventures—there’s nothing better than feeling the wind in my fur! Plush toys are my favorite for snuggling and tossing around, and I never say no to a good game of tug-of-war with a rope. Walks are the highlight of my day, especially when I get to sniff all the interesting smells. And don’t worry—I take my job of keeping the backyard squirrel-free very seriously. It’s a full-time gig, but someone’s gotta do it!
So now, I’m looking for my new forever home—somewhere I can share all my love, loyalty, and playful energy with someone who’s ready for a best friend like me.
I’m house-trained, know my commands (“sit,” “stay,” “fetch). I’d do best in a home without young kids — they make me a little nervous. I’ve gotten along well with a calm female dog before, so I might enjoy a mellow female canine companion or being an only pup. I’ve got a lot of love to give, and I can’t wait to find my special person! I’ll be here, tail wagging and waiting for you.
